• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your acebet membership plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.

11 Children's Privacy

The acebet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. acebet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

acebet employs mandatory age verification procedures at registration and during KYC review to prevent underage access. If acebet discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, acebet will immediately close the account, forfeit any associated balances, and securely delete the personal data in question.

12 International Data Transfers
