Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) acebet account. Verified accounts in good standing may request withdrawals at any time. acebet targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day, subject to banking hours and third-party processing times.
acebet is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. acebet reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected. Upon termination for cause, acebet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited activity is established, any real-money balances. Where termination is not for cause, acebet will process any remaining real-money balance to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Members may voluntarily close their acebet account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending transactions.

Disclaimer: The acebet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. acebet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude acebet's liability for death or personal injury caused by acebet's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
acebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the acebet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
acebet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. acebet will not sell your personal data to third parties. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and acebet, you agree to first contact acebet's support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. acebet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. acebet's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
